Cape May Traditional Jazz Society
The Cape May Traditional Jazz Society is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to develop, educate, promote and enjoy Traditional Jazz (Dixieland, Blues, Ragtime & New Orleans style) in south Jersey.
Vision - Have Sunday afternoon concerts monthly with local musicians playing Dixieland music in a local venue. Develop local youth musicians by forming partnerships with local high school and college music departments and our local Traditional Jazz musicians to learn, love and have an opportunity to play this type of music. Publish a quarterly Newsletter with pertinent Traditional Jazz information. Build a strong membership and group of volunteer workers.
